Co-Sourcing is one of Covion's core values and is considered so important it forms the first two letters of the Company's name. Co-Sourcing is about working with people using the principles of a joint venture. Covion has significant experience in helping organisations achieve change. Integral to this is the seamless transfer of existing job functions and people into our organisation. Embracing the TUPE legislation allows us to retain the core knowledge of a customer’s organisation whilst allowing individuals to grow and make wider and more valued contributions to both our organisations. We have an established and successful process for People transfer which can be implemented seamlessly and quickly.
