Covion employs a unique service delivery method called
CO-SOURCING - multiple services are integrated into a single service
solution that is directly delivered by a Covion site-based Management and
Service Team, working as an integral part of our customers' organisations and
supported by COVION DIRECT
- a specialist FIS supply chain providing mobile, ad-hoc or specialist services
on a national basis that is co-ordinated by a Covion operated Help Desk.
This enables us to reduce costs by removing the overhead and profit layers of
employing many single service providers and improving quality by deploying a
single organisation to focus on total service delivery.
